Living the High life. 9/13/08

This weekend I got to go down to Vegas with my mother-in-Law and my sister-in-laws, for a girls weekend. My Mother-in-Law spoiled the crap out of us and called a Limo to take us down. It was really fun to travel in style. We ate at a fancy Restaurant, that served king crab from the World's Deadliest Catch for $60 a plate (no one from our group partook.) But the salmon I had was excellent. Then we people watched on the strip (lots of team members.) The next day we shopped 'til we dropped and came home with individual boxes of Godiva chocolates in the limo to finish out the trip. Very fun, thanks Sandy.

Love from Japan

So I'm sitting at home, nothing to do when Ding, Dong, the door bell. Not expecting anyone, who could it be? The mail man, "A package for you." Sign, say, "Thanks." It's from my brother and his wife in Japan! They got our birth announcement and sent us a cute little outfit for Asher. And three little Kimonos for the kids. So stinkin' cute. How fun. The kids love them. I would show pictures but if you read my previous blog I no longer have a camera. Thanks so much, Keiko and Ransom. It was a very fun surprise.

Broken Camara. 8/28/08

So in Disneyland, July, the display of our camera got cracked and we had to take pictures with the view finder and download them to see them. It was so old school. It's amazing how used to the immediate gratification you get. Then in Joe's Valley I dropped it on the lens and the zoom is broken. The camera's totally broken. How am I going to get through the holidays without a camara? Oh well, here's hopin' for a Nikon D60 : )

Below you'll see the last picture our good little camara took. It's been with us through some good times.

Our dream. 8/28/08

My sister's husband's family owns a piece of property near Price. There's a lazy river floating by and it's got a little congregation area and a great fire pit. It is so fun there. Chris and I dream of owning some property with water that we can build a cabin on.
We sure had a great time. Thanks to the Wilbergs for letting us come.

Chris was so awesome and spent a lot of his time hanging out with the kids helping them build a raft. He's the best Dad.

So potty training's going well!!!
